Frequently Asked Questions

What qualifications will my child graduate with, on each line?

On the international line your child takes IGCSEs in Year 10–11, then AS and A-Levels in Year 12–13 – these are qualifications recognised by universities internationally. On the Romanian line they follow the national curriculum.

Can my child take the Romanian baccalaureate on the International line?

Not directly. Students on the international line don’t sit the Romanian Bacalaureat itself. Their A-Level results can be equated through the CNR, which keeps the door open to Romanian universities.

How does Questfield help students get into the universities of their choice?

We support every student through the whole university search (one-to-one guidance, Unifrog, and help with applications) so they apply with a real plan, not guesswork.

What is the IGCSE → A-Level pathway?

It runs in clear stages: IGCSEs in Year 10–11 build the foundation, AS-Levels follow in Year 12, and full A-Levels in Year 13 are the qualifications your child applies to university with.
