Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full admissions process from initial enquiry to enrolment
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing professional and welcoming communication
• Organise and coordinate school tours, admissions meetings, and assessments
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and applications in the admissions database
• Support the student recruitment strategy and contribute to enrolment growth
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams regarding admissions decisions
• Prepare admissions documentation, contracts, and student files
• Support school open days, events, and marketing initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
• Experience in admissions, customer service, sales, administration, or education sector preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in English and Romanian (spoken and written)
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, databases, CRM systems)
