The Questfield School-Parent partnership is truly an outstanding example of how strong communication and collaboration can lead to the success of students. The Advisory Board is a key component of this partnership, providing valuable input and guidance to the Founder and school administration. The Parent Organization is another crucial aspect of the partnership, with 11 Action Teams that mostly reflect the Student Action Teams, providing support, expertise and hands-on help in various areas. The Parent Organization also plays an important role in counseling and consulting for both the school and parents.

The school places a strong emphasis on regular communication with parents, with opportunities for parents and teachers to meet and discuss student progress on a regular and need-based basis. For day-to-day exchange of messages and information, we use an integrated communication app, email, newsletters, our website and social media pages to keep the community in the loop. This ensures that parents are always informed about their child’s academic and personal growth and can provide support where necessary.
Throughout the school year, Questfield provides many opportunities for parents to feel truly a part of the school community, through events such as Cultural Celebration Day, Sports Day, Science Fair, Parent Info Evenings, Open Days, Parenting Workshops and video parenting episodes in the school newsletter.
Additionally, the school regularly organizes sessions for parents to provide insights and information on various topics such as child development, discipline, and effective communication. This helps to ensure that the school and home messages are aligned, and that parents are well-equipped to support their children’s learning and development at home.
With regular communication, opportunities for involvement, and a focus on community, parents are empowered to support their children’s growth and development in a meaningful and impactful way.
