Holds academic qualifications in Romanian Language and Literature, Psychology and Pedagogy, complemented by specialised training in puericulture and early childhood education. Her professional development includes further training with leading UK Early Years education specialists.

At Questfield
I joined Questfield International College in 2008 as a lead teacher in the 2-3 years old group, and for a few years, I have also been a lead teacher in the 3-4 years old group. Guided by the belief that love is at the heart of learning, I strive to create a patient, supportive, and play-based environment inspired by the British Curriculum.
My approach
In my classroom, you’ll find a messy, joyful space where “play” is the most important work of the day. If you walked in, you’d see children’s art at their eye level and plenty of sensory bins, where they can explore with their hands. I believe that at this age, learning should come naturally when a child feels safe and curious. My goal is to follow their lead, turning a simple interest into a full day of imagination. I’m here to guide, support, cuddle, and encourage every little discovery.
Beyond the classroom
Outside the classroom, I’m usually fueled by fresh air and a good playlist. I’m a firm believer that nature is the best reset button, so you’ll often find me hiking on weekends or simply sitting in a park practising a bit of mindfulness to stay grounded. Travelling is my other great love. I adore exploring new cultures and bringing those stories back to the kids. When in town, I listen to music with headphones.
