At Questfield

I started my teaching journey at Questfield International College in 2025, supporting both advanced learners and students who are still developing their Romanian language skills. My work focuses on helping students improve their communication, reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary and appreciation of literature.

My approach

I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to each child’s needs, goals and learning style. I use clear explanations, structured guidance and engaging materials to create a supportive classroom environment. I also explore each student’s potential and encourage them to develop confidence in their own abilities. For advanced learners, I encourage critical thinking and deeper exploration of Romanian literature, grammar and rhetorical analysis. My goal is to help students gain confidence, curiosity and a lasting appreciation for language and literature.
