At Questfield
I joined Questfield International College in 2017, beginning my journey within the Nursery department. I believe that the earliest years are where the most important foundations are quietly and beautifully laid. My deepest motivation is to create a space where every child feels genuinely safe to wonder and to grow.
My approach
In my classroom, warm and consistent routines give children the safety they need to explore, question, and imagine freely. Children thrive when they know what to expect. Routine is not a constraint; it is the quiet architecture of confidence. A child who feels anchored in their day is a child who is free to take risks, to connect, and to grow.
Beyond the classroom
When I am not in the classroom, you will most likely find me on a hiking trail, out for a morning run, or with my hands in the soil. Each of these activities grounds me in its own way: hiking reminds me to embrace the journey, running teaches me that small, consistent steps lead somewhere meaningful, and gardening shows me time and again that growth is always worth the patience it requires.
