At Questfield
Since 2020, I have been a proud member of the Questfield International College team, starting as a Romanian teacher and storyteller. My journey has evolved into roles as Primary Class Teacher, Primary Subject Leader, and Diversity Coordinator. Beyond the classroom, I’ve enjoyed hosting events and sharing my passion for education as a speaker at our school’s TEDx Youth event.
My approach
I believe children learn best when they are protagonists in their own stories. In my classroom, you won’t just see lessons; you’ll see vibrant dialogues and a community built on empathy. My students know that their voices matter, whether we are exploring the nuances of the Romanian language or discussing our diverse world. I strive to create a safe, magical space where curiosity is the compass and mistakes are welcomed as milestones. For me, teaching is about fostering that spark of wonder that turns a classroom into a world of endless possibility.
Beyond the classroom
Outside the classroom, I am a lifelong learner fascinated by the science of the brain and the evolution of emotional intelligence. I love discovering how we connect and grow. To recharge, I immerse myself in Bucharest’s vibrant cultural scene or simply focus on enjoying life’s small, quiet moments, reminding myself that presence is just as important as progress.
