As the dedicated school secretary at Questfield International College, my role is crucial to the seamless operation of our community.
I am often the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, providing essential administrative support throughout the school. My day involves a variety of tasks, from managing the front desk and greeting visitors warmly, to handling phone calls, correspondence, and queries with efficiency and care. I also take pride in maintaining accurate records, such as student files, attendance logs, and staff information. Additionally, I support the Principal and teaching staff with scheduling and document preparation, manage the school calendar, and assist in organizing school events and meetings.
The secret to managing all these responsibilities lies in my exceptional organizational skills and my ability to set clear priorities from the start of each day. This meticulous approach helps me stay in control and ensures that nothing escapes my attention. My presence at Questfield International College is aimed at providing peace of mind to everyone, knowing that I am here to support and assist in every possible way.
