Qualifications

Qualified teacher for primary and preschool education, with academic training in Pedagogy of Primary and Preschool Education at Spiru Haret University. Over five years of experience in education, focused on supporting children’s academic, emotional, and social development through modern and student-centred teaching practices.

At Questfield

I have been part of Questfield International College since 2024, working as a Preschool Teacher in the Romanian Line Educational Department. My role involves creating a balanced and engaging learning environment where children feel encouraged to develop confidence, independence, and a genuine interest in learning.

I work closely with students throughout their daily academic journey, supporting not only their educational progress but also their emotional wellbeing and social integration within the classroom community. I value strong collaboration with parents and colleagues, believing that open communication and teamwork are essential in providing children with consistency, support, and positive guidance.

My experience in education has helped me develop adaptable teaching strategies that respond to the different learning styles, personalities, and developmental needs of young learners. I aim to combine academic structure with creativity and interactive learning experiences that motivate children to participate actively and enjoy the learning process.

My approach

I believe that effective education begins with understanding each child as an individual. Every student brings a unique personality, pace of learning, and way of communicating, and I consider it important to adapt my teaching methods accordingly. My approach is based on patience, empathy, encouragement, and building meaningful relationships with students founded on trust and mutual respect.

I strive to create a classroom atmosphere where children feel emotionally safe, valued, and confident to express themselves freely. I encourage curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking through interactive activities and positive reinforcement, helping students become more independent and engaged learners.

At the same time, I believe that discipline and emotional support should coexist in a healthy educational environment. By maintaining clear expectations while offering understanding and guidance, I help students develop both academically and personally. For me, teaching is not only about delivering information, but also about inspiring children to discover their potential, build self-confidence, and enjoy the process of learning.
