Holding a BSc, MSc, and PhD in Biology, with more than 5 years of experience in teaching combined with scientific research, Mr. Marius Cicîrma has strong international training and a vast background in science. His additional talents and ambitions have contributed to the formation of his natural personality. His life in education throughout Romania, the United Kingdom, and Italy has also contributed to his skills.

At Questfield
I am joining Questfield International College this autumn, and I look forward to engaging students through Science lessons, practical demonstrations in Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, as well as a variety of extracurricular activities. My aim is to ensure that what they learn becomes not only valuable knowledge, but also a meaningful and memorable life experience.
My approach
We all had learned many things since we were born, and some of our knowledge had been gained in ways we did not like. For example, in schools, we could possibly love more those disciplines associated with our favourite teacher, those that match our talents or affinity for a certain module, and sometimes struggle with those unattractive to us. Therefore, flexibility, empathy, intellectual capacity, passion, and personal interest represent key answers in shaping successful and easy ways of guidance for both sides.
Beyond the classroom
Outside the school’s schedule, I attend different meetings with passionate people for literature, painting, dancing, or travelling outside of the city. Once I have something valuable to say or to show to the others, you may see me being interviewed on TV or performing on a real stage.
