Education Degree in Foreign Language Teaching (English as a Second Language – University of Oviedo, Spain), Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics, Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish to Immigrants (University of Lleida, Spain), QTS, AP Spanish (Winthrop University), Certificate in School Management and Leadership (Harvard Business School), over 15 years of experience teaching in the USA, Malaysia, Romania, and Spain.

At Questfield
From the 2026–2027 academic year, I am honoured to serve as Head of the International Line. In this role, I look forward to further strengthening our international provision and creating even more opportunities for our students to thrive, both academically and personally. I joined Questfield International College in 2025 as Head of Service Learning and Spanish Teacher, where I have been heavily involved in organising several initiatives to enrich the experience our students have in school, as well as teaching our first IGCSE cohort for Spanish examinations. Now, alongside my leadership role, I continue to teach Spanish, helping students discover the value of learning new languages, develop confidence and fluency, and achieve excellent results in their official examinations.
My approach
Taking risks and making mistakes are the most useful tools in learning languages. I encourage students to try and do so as soon as possible, so when we get to the assessment cycles, they are ready and able to perform.

Learning is a never-ending process: teachers are students themselves, even more advanced ones. Students need to understand that we can learn from them as well, so we are gathering in a collaborative environment where we all come out enriched. Being able to not let go of curiosity and adhering to a resilient spirit are crucial human traits to live a fulfilling life.
Beyond the classroom
In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym and painting. I also run a small YouTube channel dedicated to painting, where I continue teaching in a completely different context and for a wider audience.
