At Questfield

I have been part of Questfield International College since 2019, where I work as a Year 4 Class Teacher on the International Line.

I focus on creating a safe and welcoming classroom environment where students enjoy learning, feel confident, and make steady progress. I am dedicated to building strong, positive relationships with my students, encouraging trust, motivation, confidence, and a genuine love of learning.

My approach

My approach to teaching is rooted in one simple belief: children learn best when they feel safe, seen, and valued. I place strong bonds with students at the heart of everything I do, creating a warm, welcoming, happy classroom where trust comes first, because real learning grows from strong relationships.

I hold high expectations for behaviour, but always with kindness and consistency, so the classroom remains a calm and respectful space for everyone.

Above all, I believe in progress over perfection. I support every child to grow at their own pace, celebrating each step forward, helping them build confidence, and a genuine love of learning that lasts far beyond the classroom.

Beyond the classroom

When I’m not teaching, I love spending time with my family and friends. You’ll often find me baking something sweet, out on a long walk, taking pictures or listening to music. I also enjoy reading, with a particular interest in psychology.
