Qualified teacher with pedagogical specialisation and certification in Primary and Preschool Education. Four years of experience at Questfield International College, complemented by additional training in differentiated teaching strategies, communication, and SEN support.

At Questfield

I joined Questfield International College in 2022, and since 2023, I have been working as a Class Teacher. I am currently serving as Deputy Head of Primary – Romanian Line, Deputy Safeguarding Lead and Class Teacher. My focus is on creating a safe, warm and engaging learning environment, supporting student wellbeing across the school community, and contributing to the growth and development of our school.

My approach

I believe children learn best when they feel safe, seen, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. In my classroom, I created a calm and positive environment where students are actively involved, asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning through collaboration. I value curiosity, kindness, and confidence just as much as academic progress. I aim to create a space where children feel safe to make mistakes, take on challenges, and enjoy the process of learning every day.
