The “Special Forces” module is a specialized program designed to develop critical skills and prepare students for the demands of the 21st century. Spanning four years of high school, it offers a progressive and targeted approach to personal growth, academic progress, and future readiness. Each year introduces students to new areas of focus:
• Year 10 (Clasa a IX-a): The first semester immerses students in Debate, Public Speaking, and Model United Nations (MUN), enhancing their communication, argumentation, and global perspective. In the second semester, they focus on Learning Skills, mastering techniques to optimize study habits, time management, and information retention.
• Year 11 (Clasa a X-a): The first semester explores System Thinking and Design Thinking, teaching students to analyze complex systems and develop creative, practical solutions. The second semester transitions to Futures Literacy, where they learn to anticipate and navigate future challenges with a forward-thinking mindset.
• Year 12 (Clasa a XI-a): Throughout the year, students dive deep into the Theory of Knowledge (TOK), honing their ability to question assumptions, evaluate perspectives, and construct well-reasoned arguments—a cornerstone of critical thinking.
• Year 13 (Clasa a XII-a): The final year focuses on preparing for life beyond high school. In the first semester, students engage in Career Guidance, identifying their strengths, passions, and potential career paths. The second semester is dedicated to University Application, providing personalized support to craft compelling applications and successfully transition to higher education.
Through this program, students are empowered to think critically, communicate effectively, and take charge of their learning journey, preparing them to excel in both academic and professional arenas
At Questfield International College, these value-added programs exemplify our commitment to nurturing well-rounded, confident, and capable individuals. By integrating these offerings into daily learning, we empower students to excel academically, grow personally, and engage meaningfully with the world around them.
